What we collect, why we collect it, and how to say no.
Who is responsible
eriscolabs decides what happens to the data described here, which makes us the controller for it. You can reach us at contact@eriscolabs.com.
eriscolabs is operated by Eray Yusuf Yartunç as a sole proprietor (şahıs), based at Esentepe Mahallesi, İnönü Caddesi, Kartal Oto Sanayi Sitesi B-7 Blok No:9, Kartal / İstanbul, Türkiye. You can also reach us by phone at +90 535 923 14 90.
What we collect
- If you email us: your name, your address and whatever you write. There is no form on this site — the only way to reach us is your own mail client.
- Two settings kept on your own device: the language and the theme you picked. They never leave your browser and we never see them.
- If you accept analytics: which pages you read, roughly which country you are in, and what kind of device you used. Not your name, and not your email address.
Why, and under what right
- To answer you. We may do this because you wrote to us first and an answer is the thing you asked for.
- To keep the site the way you set it. These are needed for a setting you chose yourself, so they ask for no permission.
- To see which pages get read. This one runs on your consent and nothing else. Nothing is measured before you say yes, and saying no costs you nothing.
Cookies and local storage
With analytics declined, this site sets no cookies at all. The table below is everything it can ever set.

Who else sees it
Your email sits with our mail provider. If you accept analytics, Google receives that data and processes it in the United States. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off on our property, so it is not used to build an advertising profile of you. Nobody else receives anything.
Sending analytics data abroad rests on your explicit consent under KVKK, and on the standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework under the GDPR. Declining keeps all of it from leaving your browser.
How long we keep it
- Email: while the conversation and any work that follows it are live, then deleted.
- Analytics: 14 months, after which Google deletes it.
- Your settings and your answer to the banner: on your device, until you clear it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and under KVKK you can ask us:
- what we hold about you, and for a copy of it
- to correct it where it is wrong
- to delete it
- to stop using it, or to limit how we use it
- to hand it over in a form you can take elsewhere
- to withdraw a consent you gave, at no cost to you
Write to contact@eriscolabs.com and we answer within 30 days. If we get it wrong, you can complain to a supervisory authority — the Personal Data Protection Board in Türkiye, or your national authority in the EU.
Changing your mind
The Cookies link at the foot of every page reopens the banner. Declining after having accepted deletes the analytics cookies from your browser there and then.
Changes
If what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it and the banner asks again. An answer you gave to an old purpose does not carry over to a new one.
